Artwork deadline: February 7, 2008
Artwork Submissions
We will send you complete technical specifications upon receipt of your non-refundable $150 per page deposit. If you need advice on image selection, or how to approach the mechanical production of your page, just ask and we will be happy to help.
Press Proofs
In April 2008, each advertiser will be sent a set of press proofs via FedEx and billed $12.75 for this service. Advertiser must return the proof within two working days of receipt.

5 Free Images Per Page
If you provide us with transparencies to scan or traditional line art to shoot, we allow up to 5 images per page with no additional charges. If you supply a high-resolution digital file, you may include as many images as you like for the $50 digital file fee.

Other charges may apply for production of traditional artwork (e.g., color background, reverse type, silhouetting of images, etc.) A complete list of charges is included in the artwork submission package.
Artwork Extension Fee
Late Submissions
Artwork received after February 7 will be subject to a 5% late fee per page. Artwork that arrives after February 14 will be subject to a 10% late fee per page. If you do take advantage of the 10% extension fee, please make sure your artwork is in our office no later than February 21, 2008.
